(a) General Committee (GC)

The general committee of the origination is of 21 members, and it is the principal authority of the organization. The GC meets at least once a year. The general committee approves the actives and budgets of the orgaiiization the years income expenditures and activities etc. Prepare organizational policies, elect/select the Executive Committee, proved/cancel membership of the organization etc.

(b) Executive Committee (EC)

The executive committee (EC) is consist of 7 member, has been elected/selected by the GC for a two years term. This EC is the supreme policy-making body for preparing policies for projects and programs of the organization. The EC meets at the least once a month.

(c) Advisory Committee :

An advisory committee consists of 5 members.

(d) Executive Office :

Seba Sangha has an Executive Office headed by in Executive Director, who executes project and programs by a number of program and administrative staff and workers and professional etc.
